I wish the scanner was easier to scan the barcode on my phone. It is already low, and aiming down. I understand that the lasers need to point down, so maybe lifting it higher?

I was picked up quickly after I parked. The wait to get picked up to return to my car was a little longer than usual. The wait was around 15 minutes. And, the app was down, so I could not track the shuttle. And, Brandon is always friendly, professional, and helpful.

I liked the efficiency -- my husband and I had barely gotten our bags out of the trunk of the car when the Parking Spot mini-van was there to pick us up. The driver was courteous and professional. And the location was convenient. And the return pick-up a week later when we arrived back at BWI after our vacation was also easy and quick with the Parking Spot app! I love the app, by the way -- it truly makes life easy.
