Service was so easy and fast! We parked our car, and shuttle was there within 5 mins. When we arrived back from our trip we waited no more than 10 mins to be picked up. When we left, the lady gave us bottled water! So unexpected but wonderful because we needed it! Will always park here when I fly out of Oakland and will recommend to anyone that asks me.
