The Parking Spot Sepulveda is a great place to park It is convenient safe and fast. Everyone is friendly and the shuttle service is awesome. The drivers are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended them.

I have had very positive experiences using The Parking Spot! The service has always been good. This last time using The Parking Spot, I was so grateful to the driver, John, as my car was snowed into the parking spot, and he shoveled my car out and scraped my windows, so I was able to go home!! It was 9:30 p.m. and freezing cold!! I don't know what I would have done without his wonderful service. I recommend The Parking Spot to everyone I know who is flying out of the Buffalo airport!!! Thanks again, John!!!

Well, coming here 30years+. Gotten better on being at the airport more frequently, more busses running and the staff always seen to be in a good mood. I have a handy cap tag and have a hard time sometimes getting the bag into the bus. I like when there is someone to help. And in saying that, I do tip for the help. Some of the women don't move at all. Overall, doing a good job and staying here.

Fantastic service from employee in getting auto out of parking space and on the road from under snow and ice after recent storm. After dropping off at auto, said he'd be back -- and so he was. Friendly and courteous and attentive. A credit to training!!!

Convenient and predictable. Can you please place more lights at night. Parking floors present a danger for women alone since it is a bit desolate and dark.

Convenient to airport, and the shuttles have been more timely and efficient.

Since joining the club, reserving online ahead of time has made things super easy and smooth, and I was able to change a reservation when my flight got changed. The drivers are all nice and helpful, as well. Finding your shuttles following landing from my return flight home is also always consistent, and I don't think I've ever waited more than about 5-7 minutes if I happen to miss a shuttle before another one pulls up. So, two thumbs up, and I recommend ya'll to everyone who lives in the City (like me).

Great experience! Arrived back to Pittsburgh Airport after days of heavy snow fall and extreme cold. We really liked that our car was under cover and snow/ice free. However, the best thing about the Parking Spot was the wonderful booth attendant (so sorry I did not get his name) who was so helpful when our car would not start. I had a AAA representative on the line and went to the booth to ask for the address/directions of the parking lot so the service truck could find us. This extremely kind man promptly told me that he would help us and that we would not have to wait. He invited me to stand in a covered area (much warmer) while he retrieved a jump start kit and solicited "Steve" to take me back to my car and jump it. Steve did just that and it all took place in under 10 minutes. We were on our way and were so grateful to both kind men. We would definitely use and recommend the Parking Spot services again. 5 star all the way around.
