I was impressed with the personal service we received on our first visit along with the quick arrival of the shuttle to the Int'l Terminal.

Well this last trip I took I very disappointed I was 45 mins before I got a ride to get my car they only had three vans and they could not keep up park n go had a van every five minutes maybe you need more vans at a busy time a day

I love being able to schedule and pay for parking in advance of my trip! I also like the over 7 day discount. The only improvement needs to be with the pick up after a trip. There needs to be a line of pick ups at a certain area. People run out and go in front of people who have been waiting. The bus wants you to go down towards the end but then lets people on before the end. We have found it much easier to have one of us to go get the car from Parking Spot and drive back to get the others and luggage which is also a problem pulling over to do that! The airport needs more organization for pick ups in general!

Very easy to use. I really like that all transactions can be performed from my smartphone. The shuttles are great. I didn’t wait long at all, maybe 5 minutes. The driver was very courteous and helpful.

Fast shuttle to and from the airport. When we returned from vacation our car wouldn’t start (at midnight!) and the Parking Spot employee quickly gave us a jump.

Easy in and easy out. The shuttle drivers are very friendly and willing to lend a hand getting my 97 year old mother in and out of the van.
