Parking at The Parking Spot was very convenient. We did the valet service and when we arrived back from our trip, our car was waiting for us at the drop off location. Our shuttle driver unloaded our luggage and The Parking Spot employee loaded the luggage in our car, handed me the keys and we were out of there in less than 15 minutes.

Drivers, those at the gate leaving and entering are always helpful and courteous. One thing noted was when were waiting for pickup at BWI to transport us back to the lot, we had to wait about 10 minutes before a shuttle arrived. There were 4 Fast Park shuttles that came and went while we waited. ALL seats were filled by those who were waiting for the shuttle that arrived. Thank you.
