ALSO - please update and ensure the CC machine at check out are working. Every week I have to run my card through the middle one anywhere from 3-6 times before it will process.
The experience from booking, parking, and picking up my car was easy. I felt my car was safe while traveling, and the price point was great! I also appreciated that the shuttle ran on a regular schedule, which minimized our wait time at the parking lot and at the airport.

Since I arrive entered to the lot was so smooth at 4:30 am ones I park didn't have to wait at all cause the shuttle was right by my spot the only thing I didn't like was that route before got dropoff was almost 25 drive other than today my car was safe

Close to the airport, easy, and convenient.
Easy to get to and from the East road from Waco, park here and avoid high fees at the airport, nice to have covered parking and fresh water when we get back.
The lot greeting when you check in is great. Pick up and drop off is always on time. Chris Cox is a great General Manager and very personable, willing to listen to both good and bad feedback and provide a great customer resource.
The only problem that I had was with the website parking site. It was not working correctloy, but after a few calls to the attendant, he helped me ande made my reservation.
Everything was excellent! First time using this service, so when I was concerned after parking and spoke with someone at the office where the pickup happens, they were extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable about leaving my car for 2 weeks. Will absolutely be using for future trips.
