You actually answer the phone when we call for pick-up. Employees are usually pleasant and helpful when they can be. Car seems well protected and pick-up/drop-off are usually fairly prompt. Pricing is reasonable.

Easy parking close to LAX with discounts for parking on the roof. The best transportation buses to LAX with friendly and helpful drivers. And the buses arrive frequently, so you don't have to wait very long. At the Sepulveda location, the bathrooms are very clean and bottled water is provided free of charge. The Parking Spot takes all the stress out of getting to the airport on time.

At the beginning of my trip, I left my cellphone in the car. The TSA fellow insisted I go back and get it. Someone at your lot went and retrieved it for me.
My brother called the lot to ask if they could puff up my tires as when I arrived one of them was at 27. I was worried what would happen after a two week stay. The tires were taken care of when I got back.
I had trouble setting up my account and the gal at customer service got me all straightened out.
Due to all this help I will certainly park at your lot in the future.
Entering the parking structure and finding a parking spot were super easy.
Just a few short steps to board the shuttle and a quick ride to our terminal. Coming back from our trip was easy as well. Only waited 5 minutes to flag down our shuttle and we were back in the parking structure and back to our car within minutes.
My only issue is that the prices per day have risen tremendously over the years and I may consider not using The Parking Spot in the future unless discounts or coupons are issued to long-time members such as myself. Give us an incentive to pay those higher prices.
All the employees I interacted with were great! I needed extra help with checkout and the attendant was so courteous and helpful. The drivers were so positive. A wonderful experience overall!

Ease of booking, easy enter and exit, quick pickup. I liked the old downstairs airport pickup better then the new p/u location, but I realize that's not under your control.
We love The Parking Spot North. If we ever travel out of Philly it is our go to. Nice, safe, clean lot. Friendly and helpful employees!

The drivers are all so polite, and help carry my bag up and down the steps of the bus. The atmosphere in the bus is also enjoyable.
Quick pickup at the car and quick pickup from the airport to the car. Depending of the driver it could sometimes be tricky to find the car. Numbers at individual parking lots could help.
