Covered parking for a great price, app simplifies the process and provides touchless service, quick pick up by shuttle at the parking facility and at the airport, friendly staff and easy check out.
I wasn't sure if I needed to park my car at the airport until the day before my trip so the best thing for me was the payment option given. Pay immediately when you reserve and get a discounted rate OR reserve (with the ability to cancel the reservation with no penalties) and pay at checkout.

You're prices are low and there is always a shuttle to pick me up promptly right after I park. I love that I can use the app to show I am ready for pick up and a shuttle is always there in a timely manner.

Covered parking is great for incliment weather. Great drivers and very helpful when you are really loaded up with baggage. I joined the Spot Club and get discounts, so that in itself is a big bonus. Overall, I do not feel the need to try out any other options when I travel.
