I was new to The Parking Spot, but I found it to be a good deal. The shuttle drivers and person at check in were all nice. I did have to wait quite a while for a shuttle to pick us up upon return, but they dropped us right at my car.

After dropping me off at the terminal, I realized I forgot something very important in the back seat of my car. I called and Park 'N Fly sent a van over to pick me up and take me back to my car to pick up what I had accidentally left in the car. This service went above and beyond expectations for a parking and transport service which I greatly appreciated. The driver was so gracious and helpful and drove me back to the terminal in plenty of time to catch my flight. I really, really appreciated Park 'N Fly making this extra trip for me.

Great place to park when flying out of ATL. Cheaper than airport parking. The shuttle ride to/from airport is quick and you avoid the airport traffic when driving out of the parking lot.

It's a convenient spot that is right next to the two terminals at Lambert. Scheduling a reservation ahead of time has been great and the check-in/check-out process has been very smooth. I also do like the fact there are options for both covered and uncovered parking depending on the need/season. And finally, it's been very easy to get to the pick-up/drop-off shuttles whether we need them right as we park or when we're leaving the terminal.

Everything was taken care of on time. Trip to the airport and back was efficiently done. First driver noted that I was wearing my Vietnam veteran hat and reminded me that veterans receive a discount at your facility.
