reliability and helpful staff
Lo amables y puntuales que son al llegar al aeropuerto
The parking spot is a very convenient way to park. When you're going to take a trip from the airport.
Little to no waiting for pick up, both directions.
It is quick. You give discounts and we get covered parking
I use the Parking Spot on a regular basis; it is very convenient and the drivers are always prompt and professional. My only complaint is that it is getting as expensive to park at the Parking Spot as it is to park in airport parking. There used to be a significant difference, not anymore.
Makes the MCO Parking experience simple!
Staff was great
I can't remember his name but the driver who I rode with from the airport was very kind and gave a quote of the day. He genuinely seemed to love his job and getting to connect with people. When I went to reach for my carry on suitcase, he told me no, and when I tried to tip him, he also told me no.
As a note: I didn't realize the shuttle pickup location had move to W1 and that it was all the way over on the other side. I don't travel as much anymore and it would have been nice to know where the pick up location would have been compared to where it was before (what I believe is now the drop off location on the northside).
Very convent to park and go to airport.
Reliable transport to/from the airport gate, and water on the way out of the lot.
Very convenient and fast service. Drivers are always friendly and polite.
The app is great. It makes reservations easy. It makes entry easy. It makes tips easy. Your efficiency is really good. Normally you all are great with picking us up at your parking lot. The last time we had to wait a long time. I tried to share that, but I did not find a way to do it. That was our first disappointment. We believe you are very good at picking us up at the airport. I love the reward system. Thank you
Convenient location. Reasonable daily rates.
Easy access to the airport. Little or no wait for a pick up!
It took the hassle out of parking and made my trip a lot easier
On time pickup at the airport.
Good experience with the Orlando facility. Drivers on pickup and return did a great job helping with our 7 bags that included golf clubs.
quick shuttles and cold waters at exit
Car taken well care of.
The overall service from the people that work for you.
fast and easy friendly drivers
The staff are very friendly. Quick service. We tell all our friends to use the Spot
Generally, the service is impeccable. I especially like the scan in and out with my phone and the drop off at my car.
Convenient, location, free day options, friendly staff
Great direction and customer service!!!
An affordable safe parking spot not far from the airport. Quick shuttle and even had some waters waiting im a fridge on our way out. Will definitely be using again.
Everything
You have a nice lot, vans, and staff.
Super easy, quick, and cheap! I never have to worry about running late for my flight due to parking reasons. Everything is self explanatory, and the staff is always incredibly friendly even at 4:30 in the morning. I will always use the parking spot for my vacations!
