Easy pick up and drop off
Prompt shuttles, safe fenced parking area.
I used to park at Parking Spot one, which was great, but Parking Spot Fly is so much closer, and it seems like it’s much quicker to get a van to the airport. Maybe because this lot seems smaller than the other, they don’t have to cover as much ground? I don’t know, but I also enjoy the car wash option. Van drivers are always very, very nice!
Easy in and out parking with good rates!
Good service. Quick transport to airport terminals upon arrival at Parking Spot.
Great place to park your vehicles. The driver was great. They took me directly to my gate. Pickup was great also. Thanks for everything.
I am a long time customer and plan on remaining so!
Plenty of shuttles. I only had one time problem I waited over half an hour for a shuttle in the handicapped parking lot after seeing shuttles passing by. I called the office and they finally sent a shuttle after 10 minutes
The new covered parking was great.
Easy to book, access, park, and extend if needed. Before I could even get out of my car, the van was behind me and ready to take me to the airport. This is now my only go to for parking at MSP.

I like the convenience of having the shuttle pick you up and drop you off right at your car. It’s very helpful.
