Drivers are courteous, efficient and helpful with bags.
Our one complaint is that sometimes, like tonight, we waited at the designated pickup place only to see two buses for TPS # 1 to be filled with aggressive customers who intercepted the bus before it was able to arrive where we were. Eventually, things worked out, but it was annoying to play by the rules and miss a bus or two to miss out to those who were willing to literally run with their bags to jump on the right bus.
We don't necessarily have the solution, but this is an issue to be addressed.
