I just recently started parking at The Parking Spot and I am so pleased! I travel for work quite frequently and this has become my new normal. They are so efficient and easy to use and the drivers are wonderful! When arriving late at night, they pick you up quickly from the terminal, drive you directly to your car and make sure you get in safely with your bags before pulling away. Much better than walking through a dark parking garage late at night, alone. I can’t say enough about everyone here at the Orlando Parking Spot. Thank you for being so amazing!

All of the staff were outstanding. I was greeted at the gate, they inquired as to whether I was a first time customer, I responded yes, they took their time to explain the process to me, handled me off to one of the yard attendants who was equally patient and informative. When the driver arrived with the bus they handed my locator card for when returned. The exit process was straightforward and easy to understood. Plus the facilities were in pristine condition. All around a great experience. Thank you.
