My buffalo experience was great, as soon as I parked the bus was there to pick us up. The gentlemen helped load and unload our suitcases, which is very helpful! And when we arrived back which was later in the night they had 2 buses running and we didn't have wait.

The Parking was good, the shuttle service to the airport was exceptional! However, upon returning the shuttle driver was less than pleasant. Didn't even offer to help with bags. Practically shoved people out the door and was very rough in driving. Did not have his name or credentials displayed anywhere in the shuttle.

First and foremost, all of your staff are very friendly and that isn't easy to do with the number of booth workers and drivers that you have. Secondly, I love the "Find my Shuttle" feature on the App - it is so nice to hit that after a long day of flying and know that someone is on their way. Along that same line, I rarely have to wait for a shuttle to pick me up in the parking lot and the drivers do a great job of getting everyone to DFW quickly.

Would have given a 10 but check out was difficult. When using my spot card it would not automatically use credit card on file. The sun made it nearly impossible to see the screen. Made several attempts to use prompts with no luck. Even honked horn to get assistance but no one came to assist. Finally after about 10 minutes was able to get the prompts on screen to work. I will not use unmanned exit lane in the future. Too much of a hassle. I am sure customers stuck behind me were just as annoyed.

Easy - always open - proximity to airport- I do wish your parking stalls were just a bit wider - I drive a full size vehicle and have to maneuver a little to get into some spots

The service here was amazing. we arrived at 2:30 in the morning and both the gate attendant and driver were so super friendly. You knot usually get service like that at that time of the morning. The driver was super quick in getting us at our car and then getting us to the airport.
On the way home we never had to wait for the shuttle because it was already at the airport. We will always use this service.. Thank you

Excellent service and such an EASY process. Everyone at every step was friendly, professional and efficient. We won't park anywhere else. They have it down to a science.

It's pretty seamless. You purchase via app, check in via app, park, grab the shuttle and then same thing in reverse on the way back.

GREAT SERVICE

I love TPS2...booking reservations is easy, and lot access and parking is a breeze. the shuttle is always available in the lot and runs very consistently to get you over to the terminal. pickup is typically quick as the shuttles run nonstop. love the bottle of water upon check out and I use the App for everything!

Location, van to and from drop off, assist with luggage and return me to auto.
