Easy pick up and drop off. There wasn't a long wait for a shuttle around 4am.
Easy entry and exit with QR code reservation. Free car wash is a nice perk before exit as well.
I like the facility. I have been going to the same location since the 80's. The operation has been kept up and improved over time and has always been a secure facility. The transports are current, clean, well maintained and the drivers are good and helpful.
Recently, the technology has been updated, and it works well. I don't fly with the frequency that i have in the past but i am loyal to the program. perhaps there is a needed update to the loyalty program.
