Generally it’s an easy process to enter and exit the lot.
When there's cold weather out it's very convenient to use the spot.
The ease of getting parked and have the shuttle right there to pick me up. The frequency of shuttles coming to the airport so the wait is not long. The free bottle of water before leaving the premises. The help I can get, if I'm having problems, either coming in or going out.
