The Parking Spot is reliable and consistent. I like the options of covered, uncovered, small space or large space parking at IAH. I wish they had the car wash option available like in Austin!

Quick and efficient plus covered parking
Ease of parking. The scanner has changed and it is much easier to scan the QR code. My only suggestion would be to know what spaces are available. I recently parked in covered parking and was not sure if I was going to find a spot. Daily parking at BWI shows what is available. It would be great as you enter the gate that the attendant could say "Go to E9" as an example.

I’ve used Parking Spot several times! I’ve always had excellent service with kind drivers. However, on this trip from airport to parking spot, the driver didn’t speak the entire trip and we got our bags off the bus ourselves. Maybe I’ve just been “spoiled” and blessed by great customer service!
Prompt shuttle service, both ways. Very polite driving staff. Proximity to the airport, close enough to get in and out efficiently yet far enough away from airport traffic to get on the highway to go home.
