Close, quick and kind

Easy experience for a first time user. I was not aware that there is a specific spot for return pick up so I am grateful that the shuttle picked us up at the Alaskan terminal - this was appreciated since we returned on a red-eye. Kindness is always appreciated.

The easiest way to get to and from the airport! I never worried about my vehicle. After my return flight was cancelled, all I needed to do was extend my parking two extra days. The app was very easy to use. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will use this service again!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
My wife has knee problems and it would have been helpful to have a step stool for her to step out of the bus. It was a long way down to the pavement and she hurt her ankle.

Pricing, convenience and overall service.

It is easy and convenient to use the app to make reservations Ease of entry, transition of luggage and people to shuttle vans and expeditious trip to airport. Return to vehicle from airport always seems to be a simple transaction.

I like that my car is covered and I don’t have to scrape the ice and snow from my car in the winter. Convenient shuttle ride to the terminal and back to my car after my return flight.

The van to drop us off and pick us up was very timely. We hardly had to wait either way. The driver when we returned home, actually put our suitcases in our car. We really appreciated that. Great service!

Great service! I love that they pick you up and drop you off right at your car. We never have to wait at the airport very long at all when we come home. I also very much appreciate the discounts they offer when we continue to use them.

Love earning free parking and love that the shuttle drivers are so friendly and help with the bags! Also love that the shuttles seem to be more timely than in the past.
