You had a nice man who told me the best place to park my big truck. The van pick up by my truck was very quick. The van was waiting at the airport when we arrived back in Cleveland. All went very smoothly and timely.

The Parking Spot is my go-to parking area. The prices are reasonable and the staff is AMAZING. I'll never park anywhere else.

The service was great. There was a gentleman to help me at the gate. And it was pouring down raining, the bus came picked picked me up behind my vehicle. Made it on time to the airport . My trip was cut short due to hurricane Melissa. So I had to come home early . Gentlemen suggest that I email out for a refund . They respond quickly and refund the rest of my time, I reserved. Outstanding service great people recommend them to everyone.
