While The Parking Spot has a team of good employees, Martin T is a cut above the rest! You are very lucky to have him on your team!

It's so convenient. I love knowing there is a spot waiting for us. I love how we just pull in and they help us load our bags into the bus, then drop us off at our terminal. Then when we return, they shuttle us back and our car is already waiting for us. It's very affordable too.

We had a great experience in using the Parking Spot East in Austin. We arrived a bit early due to some flight time mix ups and they were able to help us promptly and get us to the airport on their shuttle right away.

On the way back our driver was awesome!! Super friendly and entertained the kids. He even went the extra mile and helped put the bags in the back of the car. After our 22+ hours of traveling with young kids this was so helpful!

I love that you just use the app when you are getting your bags to say you are ready. Within 10 mins the shuttle was there and you can even track it in the app!! Got to love technology.

Will definitely make this our new parking spot for traveling in the future out of Austin!!

The parking lot is well lit and feels very safe. Also, the shuttle drivers are very nice and helpful, as was the evening checkout lady that helped me when I drove out.

Normally, we have good experiences with Parking Spot East.
We have been parking here for years and have always enjoyed prompt, courteous service until our trip last week. We arrived on the 8th at 4:15am as I indicated in my reservation and 2 drivers just sat in their vehicles instead of picking us up as usual, we walked with our luggage to the first bus who wouldn't let us in and referred us to the next bus, who let us on without helping with our luggage. He didn't get a tip!

Great service for KC travelers to use Parking Spot. Very friendly drivers, great app for reservation management. Clean vehicles and the covered parking during the winter months is great benefit for my personally. Not to mention, the peace of mind knowing your vehicle is secure in the parking throughout their grounds! Good job to all involved in your company.
