I like the specials that are offered and that I can build up points to earn free parking. I like the discounts also offered by using my AAA number and using my SWA credit card on file. The shuttles are always ready to pick us up and get us to the airport on time. And they are friendly & efficient!

My complaint is the scanner on scanning my code to open the gates is difficult often to operate. I usually have to get out of the car to put my phone up to scanner while my husband waits for the gate to open- then I catch up with our car!

The exit & entrance attendant is always so cordial and helpful. Wish I could remember the one driver’s name that always goes the extra mile. He is excellent! He puts my luggage in my trunk every time & I thank him monetarily because it helps with my back injury that he knew nothing about
