My wife left her pone in the car and did not realize that until we were past TSA waiting for our recent flight. I called the PS and spoke with a very helpful representative. She looked for my car to be parked and then realized it was still in line. She found the phone, handed it to the next drive who met me by the pre TSA entrance. All was good and our trip went fine. Thank you to the dedicated worker.
Excellent. The driver working Easter Monday evening around 530pm was exceptional. He helped my daughter and i with our luggage even though he was super busy and swamped with other people.

Some of the drivers need to be educated to help customers or at least trying to help customers with their luggage.

The reservation system, check-in, and check-out are quick and easy. Normally, there is a short wait for a bus to the airport and for the pickup at the airport. The covered parking facility is secure and offers weather protection, particularly in the summer heat. Prices are fair, and the rewards program is good.

Sceduled 2 got in & parked No uncovererd On check out tried to charge more bc paper said South Why did they let me in Tried to charge drive in rate vs scheduled Nasty Manager only opened gate after I said I will pay but also make formal Complaint to Company I never cld paper did say south but if not correct should have directed me to S for TGiving trip...
It's easy to make a reservation and I like the AAA discount. Also, I never have had to wait more than 5 minutes for the shuttle to show up - often there's a SPOT van parked and waiting as I walk out the terminal door.
Great price and never had to wait long for the shuttle.
