I like that I am dropped off and picked up at my car.

Sometimes but not too often.I would have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for a bus to pick me up at my car. The same with being picked up at the airport upon my return.

Many times my app will not open and I don't always remember my password to log in.

Easy slip in from the direction that we come to the airport. The only thing my wife had her car scratched or keyed last time she parked there in handicap parking.

Your drivers are timely and courteous. It is nice that you offer a bottled water after traveling.

We like the uncovered valet except this last return trip on 4/2 our car was not waiting for us. We waited out in the cold and drizzle until someone came out of the building and took our ticket and then went and got our car. No biggie but doesn't that defeat the point of the valet service?

Been using this for many years. So far no issues.

Shuttles are 90% on time with wait less than 5 minutes. Drivers are 95% friendly and helpful. The drivers that make an effort to help with luggage will get a $5 tip. The drivers that sit in their set and don't offer to help will get a $2 tip. I generally travel for business and use my points for vacations. I have been parking at Parking Spot since 1991 when it was Prestige Parking and have been loyal since! Great job!

They pick you up right at your vehicle, load & unload all your luggage for you. To know your vehicle is in a secured lot gave us peace of mind while away on our trip.
