Was so easy to reserve online, prepaid saves me $$, EZ in and out, and shuttle service worked well. My only problem was getting dropped off at the airport at the farthest door from my departure flight American Airlines. I am disabled so this posed a problem for me to walk with my luggage. But on my arrival the bus was near the exit for easy loading. Will definitely use again when I fly out of Charlotte.

Easy access, decent prices and shuttles timely. Our shuttle bus driver from CLT to parking was the nicest we’ve ever had. Also, she worked hard lifting all the suitcases (including the very heavy ones) and helping people. I think her name was Latoya or Latonya.

I have used the service of parking for several years now and I’ve never had a problem. It’s easy in and easy out. They’re there to pick you up before you have even time to get out of your vehicle practically so it’s an awesome parking lot. I would totally recommend it.
