Drop off and pick up was quick, friendly and efficient. Very good drivers who cared about customer service! Cost of our stay was a bit costlier than the competition.

Difficult to access property if one is on the toll road coming from the east. You need to stay on the feeder before toll road begins.

From the user interface for booking and check in, to the shuttle service from your parking spot to the airline gate, The Parking Spot is the best. It’s an incredible value compared to other local options. I know my vehicle is safe when I’m away because of their secure facility and covered parking. I won’t leave my vehicle anywhere else.

Plenty of shuttles... there is nothing worse than arriving back from a long trip and having to hunt down a shuttle to get to your car. The Parking Spot gets you back to your car quickly so you can get home ASAP.

Easy directions to open spots on the lot! The bus was there immediately to take us to the airport. Upon returning we were taken directly to our spot. Drivers were friendly and we always appreciate the water!
