I like the ease of getting in and out at arrivals and departure. Pick up at my vehicle was 10 ⭐️ especially since it was raining.
Not a bad thing, but something to keep in mind that I was not aware of...the bus circles the parking area until the bus is full...give yourself enough time to circle the lot in the bus for at least 30 minutes. I am a way too early arriver, so it did not impact me, but it is a good thing to know.
The most important part about the Parking Spot in particular is the staff.

There was no bottled water in the coolers at the exit. Very disappointing.
Shuttle drivers are always very helpful. Close to airport and never have to wait long for shuttle.

Quick and courteous drivers. I always use covered parking. The extra 20 minutes to park and ride to the airport is worth the savings compared to the cost of the structure at the airport.
Never waited longer than 5-7 minutes for a tram, coming or going. Car and belongings have always been secure. Friendly drivers. Some help with luggage, some do not--be forewarned, if you need that assistance.
