Quick response. Arrived at lot, was directed to parking area and a shuttle pulled right up to take us to terminal. Same experience when we arrived back to Orlando. We gathered our suitcases and then opened their app. It showed us where to go to meet the shuttle. It was waiting for us and took us to our car in about 15 minutes. Great service, friendly drivers. Highly recommended.

The app is easy to use. I like that i can actually see where the transport van is on it and it moves in real time. I like the timeliness of the transport van when we park our car (we always are picked up quickly). the prices for our stays are always a good price and we are always treated very nice by all of the staff.

Just this year I starting using The Parking Spot North. I liked the idea of being able to park in a covered parking area. It has been a great experience. The buses for the most part run on time and the bus locater feature on the app is great.
