I have been using this service for some years now, and I find it reliable and safe, and, if you book in advance, it is more cost-effective than other airport parking facilities.
Fast pick-ups keep me coming back to Parking Spot 1. However, there is one driver who keeps saying “Thank you for the tip” as you exit the bus and it is very uncomfortable for those of us who don’t carry or tip in cash. It feels very passive aggressive.
Love valet service and super short ride to airport, but please bring back the tipping QR codes! One driver had a code, one didn't so we ended up overtipping in cash because we didn't have change.
Was very pleased with their service. Never had to wait more than a couple minutes. Their driver insisted on carrying our bags from bus to our car. Definitely will use them again great service
Both drivers were exceptionally nice. One jumped out in the driving rain to help grab my bag. On the return the driver helped with everyone’s luggage, and even helped an older person on and off of the shuttle.
Drivers were promptly picking up and drop offs and very professional. Working with the University by giving us a discount is a nice perk. Offering water as you exit :)

Since your company took over the service has been excellent. There’s actually a real live person there all the time and the shuttles are on top of you quickly upon arrival. The car wash has actually been functional lately also. Keep sending those discount email opportunities too!
The fact that I don't have to fight traffic to get in & out... Very accessible. The covered top is awesome and quick pick up. The cost is reasonable and friendly personnel.
