Very easy. I would suggest a dedicated area for your vans at the airport. We were first in line at the red curb waiting. As time more people came and waited further down the curb. When the van pulled in, we were last to board and barely made it.
The shuttles come around the parking lot and airport frequently. The drivers are helpful with luggage.
Warm welcome - the guys who take your info when you arrive are always friendly. The employees at the desk are nice enough - not overly welcoming, but not negative. The employees who help you to your car at valet are always great.
Shuttles are readily available, close proximity to the airport and friendly shuttle drivers.

From the ease of being picked up at my car to delivering me to the terminal, it was not only easy but I didn’t worry about making my flight. Then afterwards the driver picked us back up and delivered us back to our car. It was perfect!

The shuttles are always right there and I've never had to wait for very long.
It's just so easy! My only complaint is that the individual parking spaces are SO narrow. Other than that, it's a superb service.
The best part about Park and Fly for us it’s proximity to Miami Airport. Also drivers and attendants are very courteous. We are very satisfied with this service.
Convenient & efficient!
We like the fairly quick service of picking us up at our car and at the airport. I just don’t like when you are jammed and finding a parking spot at times. Glad we have reservations but not always easy. No one being there on a Sat was a little confusing this last time but I think I understand the system. Your drivers are always friendly for the most part.
