Quick response. Arrived at lot, was directed to parking area and a shuttle pulled right up to take us to terminal. Same experience when we arrived back to Orlando. We gathered our suitcases and then opened their app. It showed us where to go to meet the shuttle. It was waiting for us and took us to our car in about 15 minutes. Great service, friendly drivers. Highly recommended.
