I’ve used Parking spot several times in the past year. I’ve had great experiences, until this last return shuttle. Mr James B was operating the parking spot #1 bus. Everyone lifted their bags up for him and he put them in the rack. I lifted my bag for him and he never grabbed it. I walked up the stairs and he didn’t put it on the rack. I put my bag in the rack. He looked at me in front of the full bus and said you almost hit my foot. I apologized and he said that’s why I jumped back. He made bit of a scene that was noticed by others. I had $5 bill out to tip him, I put it away. No one tipped him on that ride. I’m not a complainer, but this was not a pleasant return trip.

Easy to use. Convenient location. Only difficulty was upon return getting back. A van came but could not pick everyone up. Was a long wait until the next van as there was a shift change. A staggered changeover should help with this.(Provided the help shows up). Also curious as to the double checkout. Didn’t notice an escape point between uncovered and covered parking. Good overall.

I like the rewards program and ability to park in a covered parking space. Wish there were more shuttles at Hobby and pick up QR code at Zone 4 for those not as savvy to use mobile app.

Convenience and timely shuttle service to and from the airport.

Using the app I contacted the Parking Spot when we arrived at the baggage claim and someone was there to pick us up within 5 minutes.
The drivers are very helpful with handling the luggage and getting it on and off the mini bus.
It is easy to check in and check out.
