Parking is easy and I've never had trouble parking here.
Service, ease of use of app
Easy on and easy out. My only complaint is there are long waits for the bus to pick up when arriving back from my destination. I know it’s impossible to time everything just right but the last 2 times I have waited over 15 minutes and the airport was marginally busy. But still better than almost any other service.
Drivers and staff are so kind, especially Abraham. I’ll always use TSP!

I like the covered parking and generally the seamless booking process.
The booking process usually works well but recently due to snowmageddon, I needed to add additional days. I was unable to add days to the start of the prepaid booking or easily add days to the end.
It was impossible to seek assistance with customer service which created an additional level of stress. It was also difficult to determine how to send an email request for assistance. My initial promo rate was $6.37/day. The added day rate was $25/day.
I sent a second email explaining my concerns and request for help. At the end of the day, I was provided with a satisfactory rate adjustment. My most recent experience was very stressful due to a lack of customer support.

There are always plenty of vehicles watching and roaming to quickly pick up at your car. They give a spot numbered card for your return and drop off at your car. Drivers are always cautious and polite helping with bags. Above and Beyond!

It is easy to book a spot using the app on your phone, easy to drive in and choose your parking spot, and the prices are reasonable. Additionally, the staff in the booth are friendly and helpful, and the shuttle drivers are very courteous, and give assistance with bags and information.
I liked being picked up at my vehicle and returned to my vehicle. That was very helpful and convenient, it took a lot of stress off us at the start and finish of our trip.
