Quote was a great deal off from actual bill.
Got a courtesy call 20 min before the technician arrived. He was on time, explained everything throughly, was quick and efficient and very professional.The pretreatment smelled really good and the carpet dried quickly, fluffed up and smellsgreat
Our dog had an accident in one of our bedrooms, we cleaned it up immediately and scheduled Zerorez to come out the next morning. There were still stains from dog feces and still smelled after the cleaning. We called and let Zerorez know, they sent another technician out the next day and this technician had an attitude about being here to redo the carpet clean and would’ve left without re-cleaning if I hadn’t insisted. Even after the second clean there are still stains.

Our technician called when he was about 20 minutes away from our location. He was professional and got right to work. Our carpets are not an ideal clean, but he was careful and did an outstanding job on what we have. Carpets look much better and dried fairly quickly. Great job Zerorez

The carpet is still soiled. You can’t even tell it was cleaned. The sofa had a small smear of yogurt that was ignored. I wiped it with a damp towel and it came right off. I am incredibly disappointed I spent $700 on this service.
The gentleman that stopped by my house to clean our mattress was great! He was very professional and knowledgeable.
Justin was so great in explaining the process beforehand and follow up care after. He was conscientious with me working from home while he was here as well. Our carpets look great!
You do not use soap, which attracts dirt and soil.

Area rug cleaning seems spendy with no stain removal
We've had our carpets cleaned and our heating vents cleaned. Both techs were really polite and clearly explained that they were doing. The service was well done.
