I lost be how good the carpets look
I love that there was no detergent smell or residue left on my carpet.
We used zero Rez last year and were so impressed that we recommended the company over and over again to all of our friends and family. It has been almost exactly a year since you had come out and we were definitely due for another cleaning. Other than a bedroom that had some more major problem areas, the rest of the rooms in our upstairs were average wear and tear. Including a foot traffic area where we regularly rock our son to sleep, a speckled area of liquid foundation, and a pet accident spot in our hallway. We had you out yesterday and none of these stains were removed. I am beyond unsatisfied with the job that was done. There is at minimum one very visible stain left in all four bedrooms, that are VERY similar to what came right out of the carpet last year when you came out. I don’t know if it’s something to do with the equipment or the technician, but we are beyond unhappy and dissatisfied.

Very thorough and great job.
I'm pleased with the technician of very knowledgeable and professional. However, after carpet has dried, I've noticed at least two areas in the living room seem dirtier than before the cleaning. Not sure why it looks that way. Please contact me when you are available to stop by and look. I work full-time this week, but this coming Saturday I will be home. Thank you , SandyW

The appointment started on time and I received a call prior to arrival, which I appreciated very much.
Titan is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We walked around my house and discussed each area and specific treatments as part of the process. I appreciated his suggestions as well as his explanation of procedures and cost. I had engaged Zerorez once before but Titan is superior to previous personnel, and I am glad I engaged the service again.

Best carpet cleaner!! Have used Zerorez for 12 years, they are on time and leave no mess behind.
After the cleaning, the carpet generally looked better, and Victor was good to work with. However, the more heavily trafficked areas did not show much improvement. Last time we used Zerorez, the darker areas looked much better, so we were hoping for the same result.
The most important part of your service yesterday was you arrived on time as I had a real time crunch. I was notified when they were finishing up and it helped me get to my next appointment on time. The carpeting was clean and beautiful. Thank you
