The carpets look great! The technician was thoughtful and did a great job. The only thing I'd report is that the van leaked oil on our driveway. Fortunately we caught it soon enough and were able to clean it up.

We love the high-quality of services that your staff provides. Emphasis is on quality not quantity in that there’s was no rush in making sure that things were done right. We didn’t feel like we were just another customer on a long schedule. Our carpets looked beautiful and we saw all the stuff coming up from our vents which really shocked us that we were breathing that. It was worth every penny we spent. Wish we had done them sooner.

I was surprised at the approach of not moving furniture. From past experience all furniture was moved on slides and then sat back on foam squares so the carpet could still dry. Our rep didn't want to move the couches or dressers or beds...even though we offered to do the moving.
We also had one bathroom that was missed.
