A lot of times the carpets are left feeling a bit grimy due to the soaps/cleaners being used by companies but that was not the case with your company. They felt clean, soft, and were fluffed up just like we had hoped! We have two dogs and at one time had roommates whom also had two dogs so the foot traffic was quite heavy but Joshua Surpassed our expectations and took care of us extremely well. His friendly and efficient customer service made our experience that much better. We look forward to using this company again in the future and are hopeful to have Joshua back as the one to do so. We will be giving the brochure he left for us to our neighbors as they had asked for us to let them know how our experience was because they too will be needed their floors done. Thank you so much for such a quality experience!

I was recommended to zerorez by friends. I have always used mom and pop smaller companies, and it has been significatly less expensive. I don't recall having pet treatment options with the smaller options. I was a little surprised that each pet spot was costing me $50/spot to treat with zerorez. Not sure there was $500 worth of product used to justify it. Considering they put a lot of water on it first and then the real pet process was the enzyme spray per my understanding. For the most part my cart was dry 48 hours after they left when I returned home, but there were several spots where treated that were still damp at 72 hours. Not a major deal, just hoping that's all okay from a moisture standpoint. Overall I was happy with the team that was in my home and they were very informative. I will admit that at the cost, It will be several years before I am able to consider doing the whole process again. I also think the rooms, vs square footage is hit and miss. When a 4x4 entry way is considered a room of tile compared to a 10x10 dining area and a 15x10 kitchen....when they are all connected as an open concept, it would make more sense to bill per square footage. Overall, there is no aroma and the carpets are super soft, except where they told me they wouldn't be from the pet treatment. Super happy with the outcome. Thanks

The tech was very thorough, kept me informed on what he was doing. We had a pretty dirty carpet and he did good getting up stains. The tech very friendly and helpful. Would recommend Zerorez and the tech.
Zerorez was fast, professional, and did a great job.
I asked to have two areas pet-spot treated. The rep called to tell me that he found $300 in spots that needed teared. I agreed, then came home to find the two spots I was concerned about still smelled like urine. I called was told they would come back to re-treat the spots. I had to cancel the appointment and during my mother’s funeral the rep called me twice because they never cancelled the appointment, despite the text they sent me confirming the cancellation. The next week I voiced my frustration with them. Again, my only option was to schedule another appointment, I did. One of the spots still smells like urine. The customer service had been rude both times. And based off how long it took them to re-spot treat the two spots it’s clear that was never done the first time, since the whole first clean and $300 in spot treatment took slightly longer. I won’t be using them again!

How quickly I can get an appointment, my grout and furniture look amazing, there is no lingering smell, and the team members are always polite and professional.
The carpet dried quickly, they looked clean and no harsh chemicals were used to clean the carpet.
I appreciate the ease of booking an appointment and the level of communication not only about the upcoming appointment, but the technicians as well. I recently had my carpet cleans and had a couple of very stubborn stains that kept "coming back" when the carpet completely dried. I called your office on two separate occasions and was pleased that a technician came out to re-clean the area. I'm happy to say the stain appears to be gone and I appreciate a company who is willing to stand by their work until the client is satisfied.
Mike was great to work with. He took care of the stains and got everything out. He explained and gave us tips to take good care of our carpets. Cody was good too and was helping him.
