I have used Zerorez for many years, and I have always been satisfied with the thoroughness and professionalism of the people who have cleaned my carpets. When I have had concerns about areas that didn't look good after cleaning, the person who originally did the cleaning came back and cheerfully addressed the concerns. It has always been easy to schedule a convenient time to get the carpets cleaned, and the technicians have willingly responded to my questions and concerns.

It could just be the carpet quality, but there are still spots in the traffic area starting from our doorway. The person who provided the service was friendly and seemed to care very much about the work he was doing.
The service was excellent, Victor did a nice job cleaning and was very professional. I'd request him back anytime. The pricing seemed high though, I shopped around a bit and found that even with the $44/room special things came out more expensive than other companies.
I could not be more impressed with Travis he was very professional and did a fabulous job, my carpets were never that clean and my area rugs looked great.

The service technician Mica was very professional and polite He went above and beyond working around my work schedule the day of the cleaning. He did not try to sell me optional cleaning products that I did not need. I would highly recommend Mica and I will request him again.
I have used Zerorez for a number of years. I have them clean my RV carpet as well as my home. They always do a good job and on time and polite.

Having to pay an environmental fee seems a bit odd when no chemical cleaners are used.

No heavy chemicals
Large spots were left on our carpet after it was cleaned 6 months ago. The spots showed up within a day or two of the cleaning. However, I was diagnosed with cancer within a few days of the carpet cleaning, so I did not call because our priorities suddenly changed. I recently called to have the spots addressed, and when the cleaning was finished, the house smelled absolutely awful. It made me feel very ill and the carpets stayed wet for over 48 hours, until I called and requested fans to be brought over. This dried the carpet and the carpet was cleaned again after they dried. However, there is still a slight odor in the room. The spots should not have come up when the carpets were cleaned 6 months ago and the carpets were absolutely soaked and not drying efficiently both times they have been cleaned, making our home smell very disgusting. Perhaps a better vacuum would help to pull up the moisture. Or perhaps the carpet was too wet when cleaned. I am not sure, but I truly DREAD the next time we need to have our carpets cleaned.
We liked the gentle man who did our carpet and what nice guy and great worker! did a very nice job on my mom's carpet!
