Great aervice!!!
Zerorez utilizes a unique cleaning process that uses mostly water instead of chemical cleaning products. As such, it does not leave cleaning residue in your carpets. STEVE recently cleaned my carpets, with above-average cleaning results. I have trusted Zerorez with the cleaning of my carpets since the first week they were in Boise many years ago. I highly recommend this company.
Jacob was very professional also explained the whole process very cleanly. He aalso recommend other cleaning that is available to me !

The appointment request process was easy and friendly. You tech who cleaned the carpets was very professional and informative. I have never had professional carpet cleaning and after my experience with your tech, I will be using your service yearly.
It took three times for your team to get the carpet back and some simple and supporter, the last team was terrific. It seemed like there was comments of over spring chemicals, and the carpet after the first cleaning was crunchy, it was strange. Also, the steps going up to the master And bedrooms is literally almost black, the second time they came it was a brown, and it was the third team that were able to resolve the color for the most part.
Mike did a great job yesterday, I could tell he was exhausted yet he got the job done!

Natural and effective cleaning products and great customer service! The gentleman cleaning my carpets did such a wonderful job and worked hard to get any/all stains out. He never once tried to upsell me and the price I paid was exactly what I was quoted online. I will most definitely be utilizing ZeroRez again!

Isaac texted me so I knew when to expect him. He was very cordial & wore shoe coverings in the house & did a great job cleaning my carpets & couch. The high traffic area even looks good! Only bad thing were the flies that came in the house due to the door having to be propped open for the hose!
