The cleaning was excellent. I did not realize that I was given quite a discount, and that the coupons that I had were not supposed to be combined. I appreciate their hard work and honoring the coupons to help us better.

We love Zerorez..
They are very quick and the Water Prodcut they use to ge the stains out is amazing. we had dog stains and they used an extractor that went dowm to the pads. They gave us tips on how to keep the carpets cleaner longer.
They also cleaned our white couches that are 15 years old, i couldn't believe the transfomation.
My husband was so excited, he saved money on not needing new couches.:)
We would reccommed Zerorez to anyone.

Second, I was extremely impressed with the way the carpets turned out looking after they dried. They are VERY CLEAN!!! I can't wait until I have the money to have Zerorez clean my Ethan Allen sofa and the rest of my home. You have a new customer for life!!! Price did not accurately reflect total SF of house. I had an Amazon coupon for $59 for three rooms up to 200SF. I had a total of six rooms. All of the rooms were well under 200SF (approx 144SF)except for the living room. Total SF cleaned was 1260 SF (I measured each room exactly). By my numbers, 6 rooms @ $59 x 2 = $118(1200SF)+$25 (walk-in closet)= $143. The additional 60SF of the living room should not have cost an additional $20. Based on total SF cleaned I should have only been charged $143 with coupon, not $163.

I was very pleased with my carpet when cleaned, it was not sticky from soap residue and felt like new carpet. The personnel was was friendly and professional.
My carpet stains are gone, the traffic patterns are cleaned, no smell and the job was completely. The e-mail prior to the appointment to explain my responsibility, and call prior to arrival were helpful. They took time to explain things to my husband.

the first clean was very good and thorough. $400 but not an instant listing of what was done and the price, just a total. Second cleaning was 3 rooms for $99 and a BSU special and the cleaning was a lot different, not as good and thorough. The receipt from the computer does not work for me after the fact. Your website needs some work. No actual store front and bringing the product out was great. On website it states the cleaner comes in a gallon for $35. which it doesn't, comes in expensive quarts or less for $28.00. I liked the first cleaning but the second wasn't as good. You get what you pay for!!
