The high traffic areas just off the entry and the hallway thresholds to the master bedroom and to the laundry toom looked worse after the cleaning, much worse. The technician pretreated those areas 2 or 3 times. Now those areas are enlarged and looks like coffee had been spread around, what a mess. I have talked to your call center manager and have you scheduled to come back on Friday. Hopefully it can be remedied. I didn't expect perfection but certainly didn't anticipate it becoming worse. The rest of the carpeting looks fine; just the pretreated areas look bad, very bad!
THE CREW WAS FINE BUT THE CLEANING JOB WAS NOT.

The technician was very good, I'd give him a 10 plus. The carpet dried much faster than we thought it would, and we were very pleased. We have builder grade carpet, but it cleaned up very well, and we will definitely use you again!
