We just bought our first home and were a little concerned about the condition of the carpet; well we can confidently say those worries are gone! The carpets looks fabulous. I love the fresh scent and cleanliness of the carpets!

From pre-treatment to shampooing to protective coating,and final brushing my carpet was revived. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner. I waited too long to get professional help, thinking I could do it myself. In the meantime stains were embedded.

Dave did a wonderful job and was very personable. The carpets dried quickly, and look great!

Cleaned our 9x12 area rug at our home in time for Thanksgiving with no after-odor and it is spotless. Dave was very professional and took great care to do a thorough job. Thank you.

We would like to suggest that you provide an option for a person to return the next day to replace the rugs. In our case, it had to dry overnight in the garage, but fortunately I and a friend were able to move it and replace furniture. Some people may not be able to do that.

For years I have asked carpet cleaners to clean the edges next to the wall and always was given an excuse, such as we need to use a special tool and there is an extra charge. It was never done not for the lack of my willingness to pay. GUESS WHAT I did not ask this time thinking it would not be able to be done. GUESS WHAT it was done and we have a totally clean carprt.
