I most liked the readiness and willingness to get the job right. I had a make a comeback request for a big job (vacated rental). The employee (Carl) was eager to make sure the job was done right and to my satisfaction.

If we had known that such an excessive amount of water used and left in our carpets causing all rooms to have puffed up carpets in every room and hallways we would never have used your service. We have been waiting all day today to put furniture back in place and more than half the house still has damp, puffy carpets. How would this be normal? We've had carpets cleaned over many many years in our homes and in our rental units. This is the worst experience we have ever had. And our call this morning to customer service in Minneapolis gave us absolutely no satisfaction.
We found your 'technology' very unimpressive. No, we will never call you again nor will ever recommend your service to friends, neighbors

We had some scheduling problems getting Dave back out to do some touch up on the carpet but he cam back and cleaned the whole carpet again for us.Dave busted his tail to make sure things were don right this time and we are very pleased
You were here when you said you would be, my carpets were clean when you left, it didn't take very long to dry and when it did, the carpet was soft and not stiff like most carpet cleaners leave it. Besides recommending you to my neighbor who immediately scheduled an appointment for this coming Friday, I also promoted Zerorez on my Facebook page!

First the person doing the work ( I am sorry I do not recall his name ) was very professional and thorough. I especially like the fact that he moved furniture to do a complete job and I was very pleased with the final results and the fact that there was virtually no Oder.
Your technician did a thorough job, had me look over everything before he left, and told me to contact Zerorez if there were any areas that I felt needed to be redone.

I was happy about every aspect of the service I received having my carpets cleaned. The employees were friendly, professional and were respectful to my home. My extremely dirty carpets look almost new, and it was a great price!
After cleaning we noticed that part of our carpet did not look clean, . At first we thought it was the nap of the carpet, or direction it was scrubbed. A day later revealed that it was not clean, and this is in our living room, at least half of the carpet.I called Dave and he instructed me to make an other appointment through thePhone number removed #. We couldn't get them back for an other week.
After waiting a week they did not show up in time and did not call until too late in the day. We had to make an other appointment through the 383 # for an other week later!
I think that if the work was not done to satisfaction it should have been taken care of much sooner, and that people should be on time, in time to do the work we paid for. Two days of sitting around waiting is not good. Now we are not happy about having to wait an other week to have the job completed.

The emplyees of Zerorez, Chris and Jeremy, were wonderful. They were pleasant and enjoyable to interact with. They did their job in a very timely manner. They explained Zerorez's policies to my satisfaction. They were very competent and cleaned our carpets and couch. My husband and I were very happy with the results. At this point, Zerorez will be the only Boise company we would use or recommend to friends in the area.
I wish I had given Chris and Jeremy a "tip", but unfortunately, I thought about it after they left. Please have Chris and Jeremy contact me. Thank you so much.

The job that was done was phenomenal! The carpets looked great. The drying time was minimal. I liked the extraction method used. The people were great to work with and VERY helpful. If I could give them a rating above a 10, I would. I will definitely be calling again for the next cleaning and will recommend to all who ask (or don't ask!)
I paid quite a bit extra for a special chemical treatment in one of my rooms. The smell is worse in there now than it was before.

Zerorez is awesome; super clean, feels good, smells good and fresh, no chemicals, get most stains out, very pleased with the cleaning. I know my carpets will last longer because of Zerorez. Price is right. Dave is exceptional. He takes care of our homes, walls, etc. He and his crew are easy to have around.
