Just waiting to see if the carpets, stay clearer longer.
my "appointment window" was booked on line for 8 - 11 am. the appointment time was changed without talking to me and moved to 11a to 2p. The 3 hour window is not convienent anyway, but to change the appointment was very frustrating. Do you realize people take time off from work to be at their home for your tech to arrive??? your receptionist said the appointment on the computer showed that it was booked for 8-11 and "didn't know why it was changed". Great.
Has a nice fresh scent and got our grungy carpets really clean.
No residue, no chemicals. Did a good job on a difficult dirt/stain problem. The technician consulted with his boss over the issue. That demonstrated to me a conscientious attention to the job.
no odor or chemicals, really clean, even bad spots..but this last time there were a couple of wet spots that were way too wet & didn't dry very fast, took 2 or more days, & consequently we stepped on them & dirtied them...so

THE WAY THE CARPET FEELS AFTER IT WAS CLEANED AND HOW MUCH CLEANER OUR HOME SMELLS. THIS IS THE BEST OUR CARPET HAS EVER BEEN CLEANED AND SEEING AS HOW IT IS 10 YEARS OLD IT LOOKS THE BEST IT HAS LOOKED IN A LONG TIME..NOT LIKE NEW BUT VERY CLOSE.

Well.... as my carpet dried I realized that many spots/areas just didn't clean up. I had also noticed this at my job where we hired you to do our conference room. The work area stain was coffee, so I thought maybe that was difficult to treat. The home area stains were just from wear and tear, no wine, cocoa, soda, etc. My previous visit with Zerorez left my carpet much cleaner.
You did a great job getting the stains out, but my carpet was still wet the next morning.
I have already used Zerozez twice recently for both carpet cleaning and the tile and grout cleaning. Both times I was very satisfied with their professional approach and their quality service. Very reasonable pricing as well.

Cleaner arrived at the time stated - was in and out in less than two hours. I had two rooms and love seat cleaned. Was very happy with the finished results and will pass the word along to acquaintances.
Rep that was sent explained what service I requested as well as other options for other services, very well. He also gave a very accurate time frame of when those services would be completed. He took extreme care of all my property as well. Thank you for your service.

Carpet looks and feels clean. Was fast and dried very quickly. Looks great!
The high traffic areas just off the entry and the hallway thresholds to the master bedroom and to the laundry toom looked worse after the cleaning, much worse. The technician pretreated those areas 2 or 3 times. Now those areas are enlarged and looks like coffee had been spread around, what a mess. I have talked to your call center manager and have you scheduled to come back on Friday. Hopefully it can be remedied. I didn't expect perfection but certainly didn't anticipate it becoming worse. The rest of the carpeting looks fine; just the pretreated areas look bad, very bad!
