The cost was unexpected. I could have gotten the "job" done for nearly 50% less from several other competitors.
I was impressed with the customer service aspect of your business and the young man that came to clean my sofa was very friendly, but the sofa looked no cleaner after it dried. Although I didn't expect it to be spotless, I did expect that the obvious dirty areas would show some improvement. It looks the same to me as it did before he started. $120 to have a couch that looks no better is frustrating. I purchased the sofa used from someone and was ok with paying to have it cleaned. At this point, I could have purchased a brand new sofa for what I will have to pay to get this one decent looking.
I'm not certain that your process of cleaning works very well. Also, my total sq ft of what I had cleaned died not equate to what I would consider two rooms and I'm not sure that your technician spent even one hour in doing my home.

Our technician was not very conscientious to the fact that we had pets. He did not ask us to put them away before he propped our front door open which could have allowed our furbabies to get out and possibly get hurt.
The guy who came to clean our carpets did exactly what I needed with no fuss or issue. I was very happy with his professional and easy behavior.

I was charged more than quoted. I was suppose to get a special for 3 rooms for 99.00 plus one more room and closet. The only furniture that was moved was what hubby and I moved. My husband offered to help move the couches but was never asked and they were not moved. The portions of the rug that were cleaned look great!
