HUGELY DISAPPOINTED AND I WILL BE LETTING MANY PEOPLE KNOW.

Your service is expensive and does not live up to your advertising hype. The carpet was not soft after it dried and it is getting dirty again already.

What do you like about our products and services?

The great customer service. Clean uniforms, Knowledge, and the ability for the technician to the owner explain to me why and what they are doing. My family, renters, feel that Zerorez is a great company and will continue to call upon them for our needs from cleaning our carpets, tiles in the bathroom or our antique rugs. Thank you Zerorez for giving us a clean home!

Besides doing a superior job you are available at short notice to take care of our needs. We were very happy to have you respond on New Years Eve day to our emergency with our 17 year old pet Nelly. Thank you again for being there.

I was amazed at it only took 30 minutes from the time the tech arrived to the time he was finished. Very satisfied. Will definitely have you back for the upstairs rooms in the spring. Thank you for a great job and a very pleasant and efficient tech.

Corbin from Zerorez came out and cleaned my two tiled showers. He was courteous, professional, on time and did a fabulous job cleaning the tile and grout! The before and after difference was amazing. I was also pleased to go through Angie's List and receive the service at a discounted price. Very happy customer!

I was, frankly, surprised at how good my carpet looks now. The spotted areas are gone! I really didn't think it was possible for it to look this good again because it's about 13 years old.

The Zerorez process is quick and easy - it allows us access to the carpet quickly without waiting for the carpet to dry for many days. It also leaves the carpet nice and fluffy.
