I appreciate the tech calling ahead of time, for them wearing shoe coverings, for explaining the options for extra spot cleaning (and not being too pushy), being careful with their hoses, the results of their cleaning not leaving any stiff or soapy residue, and for using their fans to start drying the carpet before they leave. I appreciate the carpet not still being soaking wet after a couple hours.
All my experience has been pretty positive.
Your representative was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He explained everything to me before he started to work, I appreciated that. My carpets look so much better, I was afraid the stains would not come out of our carpet, but they did.

Your technician, Robert Street, was competent, friendly, professional, caring, and an excellent representative for Zerorez. He did a fabulous job of cleaning my carpeting. Today the carpet is fully dry, and looks very clean. I will be using Zerorez for my carpet cleaning from now on, and will also have your company clean my upholstery. Everything from my initial contact, wherein I requested a cleaning this week (which you promptly accommodated) to the end result, was above average. 1. The tech didn't clean up my hardwood after he dripped the cleaner and it was sticky. Usually, a carpet cleaner will go through with a towel and dry his traffic area. 2. The tech constantly banged my walls and door frames with his tools. When he was leaving, he whacked my front door frame and said "oh sorry". 3. We bought an Amazon Local package with 3 rooms and protectant for 200 square feet. He said we also get another room for free but he didn't know about the protectant package so I showed him my receipt. He asked to keep the receipt for his documentation and we settled on my stairs as the extra room. However, he seemed reluctant to go all the way up the stairs so we agreed that he would go to the landing. I find this ridiculous. 4. When it came to getting the protectant for 200 square feet, we settled on just putting it on my high traffic areas in 3 rooms. He skimped on this as well. In fact, in one room, I had to ask him to treat the worst part of the room in front of the bathroom. There's no way I got protectant treatment equivalent to a 10' x 20' room. The tech is the reason I wouldn't recommend your company to anyone. The carpet is old and we're just trying to get another year or two out of it so my expectations for cleaning are not very high but I do expect better service than I got.

I like your website with links to helpful information about vacuums, carpet, and carpet care. I chose you because Paul J recommends you and because you "use no soaps, surfactants, or detergents." Robert worked hard and did a good job.
I like that you don't use harsh cleaning chemicals. I like that the carpets dried fairly quickly. I like that the carpets are clean and soft. I like that your technician, Nick, was happy to also clean my tile kitchen floor at the same time. I like that I got 30% off the cost of the service.
Zerorez listens to the needs and concerns of their customers. Their technicians are great to work with. The work is excellent. Zerorez also works hard at providing affordable prices. A great plus is how fast the carpets dry. It's not long before you can put your rooms back in order! I will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend them to others.
