Not sure if technician cleaned where our dining room table was......in the past they had put the table legs on styrofoam...and the table was in the same place as we put it so we wondered if it had been cleaned? Looking at it we don't think so. Also he left his sample behind for the air filter. It is on our front step.

We had wanted to shine up the new floor. I was hoping that some of the residue from caulking the tiles would be cleaned up......It wasn't. Also, the boarder laid between the bathroom and hallway floor was ruined and will need to be replaced.
The products used were great but the service and the technician were VERY superlative. Corbin was the tech here and he was just wonderful. So very personable and just plain great to have in our home. I will request him in the future if that is possible. All in all the service was beyond our expectations. Cudos to your staff and especially Corbin. We asked that he clean the tile in our showers and that tuned out great as well.
Nicholas did a great job explaining products and treatments. He answered all my questions and he was very professional and thorough in his work.

The tech called and left me a voice mail that he was about 20 mins out when it took him over a hour to arrive. there was damage to our wall and the tech did not even have the decency to tell us but he was sure kind enough to pick up thee dry wall off the floor. there was a hot coco spill in my son's room that is not better than when I cleaned it myself. finally, he cleaned a chair that I did not auth, I wanted est! frustrated...
