The carpets do not smell of chemicals and are beautifully clean. The serviceman was polite and professional.

The tech that came to my house was very nice and took the time to explain what he was doing. I'm sure he was getting tired of talking to me but every time I asked him something he took the time to explain it and make sure I felt alright about what I wanted done to my carpet.

On time service and CLEAN carpet
One of my friends recommended your company to me. I called... you answered! Your associate was so nice, super efficient and right on task of explaining the process and then getting on to the carpet cleaning! The day after the cleaning I woke up to a sparkling carpet! I hated to walk on it because I did not want to leave a foot shadow! Those awful "trails" left in heavy traffic areas are gone and I know the fiber protection will keep them that way! Be sure I will recommend Zerorez to my friends. Thanks for a job "Well Done"!

Doesn't leave carpet so wet and stiff. Cleans dirt and spots well. Doesn't leave residue so dirt doesn't stick to carpet so soon after cleaning.
1. it doesn't attract more dirt to the carpet after it has been cleaned
2. how responsive you were to correct an carpet cleaning that didn't go as well as planned.

I like how well my carpet looks at completion and how well it stays looking clean even several months after. I used your service last year and was very pleased with the results and that is why I am using you again. Have used others in the past as well but yours by far out performs the others. I tell everyone who comes into my home and asks how we keep our carpets looking so good.

The guy who came out was GREAT but I was disappointed that my high traffic areas look almost the same as they did before ya'll cleaned.
The job was done very professionally and the gentleman who did the work explained everything that he was doing and why. He also asked some questions that were important to getting the job to come out right. It was a completely different experience than what is typical of a Carpet Cleaning Service.
I am very disappointed . Alex was a very nice guy and I really liked him. After it dried the spots showed a lot. In fact there seemed to be more spots and fading of carpet - like there were bleach spots. I would like someone to look at it. I have a party tonight so I have to put furniture back.
