I like the customer servoce. My service man put on "booties" which he used during the entire process. We never wear our shoes in our house so this was really nice! EVERYTHING!!! I have had Zerorez back twice so far. I have 3 dogs and we have guests that come with more dogs. It's safe to say our carpet gets trashed. Even though my carpet is easily 7 years old but it looks brand new after Robert cleans it with the Zerorez system. I would recommend them to anyone!!

I only had my master bedroom and walk in closet to clean. Bought a voucher for $99. And the rep/tech never tried to sell me on spending more money.
Not disappointed. There was a spot on our carpet that we pointed out that had an older stain. After he left, the spot seemed worse, not better. I don't think he did anything bad, but probably removed dirt or soap that had been covering the stain...so, there's nothing wrong. I'm just not much of a "recommender"

No detergents are used in cleaning.
I'm not certain it is a problem yet but my carpets were very lumpy and looked like they needed to be re-stretched after the cleaners left. (my carpeting is only a couple of years old and did not have any problems before the cleaning) It seems to be reverting back to normal but I am not sure it will be as tightly stretched as it was before the cleaning without having someone come and fix it. I have never had this happen before and will wait to see how the carped looks after a couple of days before being too concerned.

Techs were knowledgeable. The price was right. The technicians under promised and over delivered! They got up some scentsy candle wax that was in the carpet. I tried everything myself and couldn't get it. I will call them back for my upstairs in a couple of months.
