The service technicians did a great job, but unfortunately, the carpet did not come clean in the high traffic areas, primarily the bedrooms. Also, about 2 days after the cleaning, the dog odors came back strong. I am not sold on the "empowered water" idea.
Thank you for letting us know about your concern. Unfortunately, as we discussed, carpet is 95% of the time made of plastic, and as such, can be easily damaged. Regular vacuuming and maintenance is required to help fibers looking their best. Urine can also cause severe damage, that even the strongest of chemicals can't get out. As we discussed with you, we are happy to come out and re-service your areas of concern, at no additional charge. It will be necessary though to complete the recommended treatments for the urine, for us to have the best shot at removing the urine odor from the carpet. Thank you!

My first experience with ZeroRez was awesome. However, this time our technician was very pushy on selling more services, took way more time than the first technician, and didn't seem to listen to us. The carpets look great and I loved the first technician we had a few months ago. He definitely gets a ten and I'll call you again because of that but if I had another experience like the one I had this for around, I would think twice about using ZeroRez again.

I got a $45 off card today, just one day after my carpets were cleaned. Can I get a credit? There were a few problem spots that didn't quite get removed, but it looks much better than it was.

Everything was explained to us by Jessie prior to job start. What we could expect and to what extent the cleaning could or could not do due to the age of the rug and the type of past services by other vendors.
Jesse conveyed a professional look and attitude and was very thorough in the cleaning of our carpet. He took time to explain all the steps involved and answered my questions completely.

They guys (and gal) who have cleaned our carpets and ducts have always been polite and professional. One of the ladies who answers the phone and handles scheduling needs to actually follow up when she promises too. We will continue to use ZeroRez for our carpet cleaning needs.
