Our technician was very nice and thorough, asked great questions about what I hoped to see happen and was timely and polite! I love that it is a low chemical process leaving no residue behind! Our carpets look and feel clean, not crunchy. They were dry within a few hours and fluffy!

At this moment, I am in the process of removing solvents that are causing severe problems in my health. Because of the process and absolute absence of any solvent other that water, Zerorez may allow me to live in a safe, for me, environment.
