Technician was great. Sebastian was very informative and trustworthy. I would use zerorez again because of how thorough he was. My carpets looked incredible and he really took the time to do everything right.

The service was excellent, and I do not like cleaning my carpet with soap. The person providing the service was not pushy or trying to get me to buy more services, just educated on what services were provided.

Always does a great job on my carpet, area rugs and my tile. Tile floor looked like new, very impressive!
don't be 45 minutes late. I had 9am appointment for over a week and they showed up late. so I didn't have time to have my couches cleaned. I was on a day off, and had several appointments lined up.
Appreciate the no residue left on carpet.....great equipment, very professional techs that do an excellent job!

Treatment was fine, I had multiple cat urine areas that needed treated. first the tech said his black light didn't work well, only used his nose. Which if smelling the carpet too fast, spots could have been missed. They slightly used a phone to look for areas then marked the carpet with his hand to make a circle around it, but crawled over areas so circles were not apparent anymore. He told his worker he usually uses paper mark areas but did not have a menu to rip up. I offers some paper to mark areas, which they did use, definitely not professional, which was my main reason for needing my carpets cleaned! But after the first time they suck up the liquid the paper is no longer there. Some areas needed to be soaked again and had to question if areas were cleaned or needed soaked again, like they knew a spot needed treatment but not sure where.
I did expect to have a more through job done finding the cat urine areas and making sure each one was treated.
Also there was a trail of liquid on our wood floor when they took out the hose when finished and letting the carpet dry with the fan, not sure if it was the clean or dirty liquid, just not a good feeling to have to clean up after a professional who cleans floors.
