The technician wasn't very friendly and there was a lot of pressure to get the extra pet treatment for a stain. My friend who recommended your company had Sebastian as the technician and said that he was amazing.

The appointment process was a mess up. Said they would be out at 9 am but then called and said it would be between 8:30 and 11:00. You need to figure out how to schedule an appointment. not everyone is a stay at home mom.
We had our clubhouse carpet cleaned at Heritage Grove HOA. It had not been cleaned in over 2 years and was very dirty and had lot of spots on it. After it was cleaned it looked almost like brand new and every stain and stop was removed. We were very surprised and happy at the results from zerorez. Your representative did an excellent job, arrive right on time and was very helpful and friendly. Thank you.
Is there any way to put our clubhouse on a 6 month call program where you would email me every 6 months to remind us to clean our clubhouse carpet?

I liked everything about my carpet cleaning experience - the technician was a joy to have there and his main concern was that I was happy with the job. The only thing I didn't like was it took 24 hours for my carpets to dry. It could have been because it was raining and humid, but it seemed a long time.
The technician was VERY knowledgeable and friendly!
I will likely go with someone else next time. I like the idea of zero residue healthy carpet cleaning, but I do not want to be up-sold the whole time. It's also too expensive. $800 is too much to clean carpets regularly and "treat" some of them.

Representative arrived early, went right to work and was done ahead of schedule. He talked with me about the cleaning process on our particular carpet. Suggested that we could benefit from using a post-cleaning protectant. Overall, it was a great experience and a good value. We will be using them on a consistent basis.

I've used Zerorez several times. Only once have I had an issue and they were quick to correct it.
Michael was on time, unusually courteous, polite and willing to please. He explained his procedures and answered all my questions. The carpet looks very nice and dried quickly. One of his orange corner guards was left behind. I have placed it outside by the barrel of flowers so it can be picked up any time he is in the area. Great employee and I am sure you appreciate him as much as I did.
I love how clean my carpets look, feel, and how quickly they dry. Knowing they don't use a bunch of chemicals makes me feel better. Alex was quick and explained what he was doing. I will continue to use zeorez.
Carpet is clean and non-sticky. Staff (Randy, I believe) was great - efficient. Offered another product without a hard sell and I took it. I will use the service again.

Technicians are very capable and results very good.
It's pretty expensive. I wanted to try it, because I'm hopeful that it really is a better, long lasting clean. Time will tell. At the moment i don't feel like it was worth over double the price of some of the other deals i found, and despite being a landlord with much more carpet to clean, i don't think i can justify spending that kind of money on carpet cleaning again. I'm hopeful that the dirt won't resurface like they say, but at this point i have no control to compare it against, so i can't prove the only reason that i went with you to begin with, despite the price.

I very knowledge young man named Mike came to my house to clean my carpets. I had never used Zeroriz before, but after checking some of the reviews on line I called them. It is sometimes hard to get to them. I had to call several times to make the appt.
He did an awesome job and my carpets look like new to me. I highly recommend you give this company a try.
