My carpet looks fabulous. This is the first time I have ever had professional service for my carpet and the first time it has been cleaned since it was installed 5years or so ago. I didn't realize how dirty it was until I moved the furniture out. Now I am hesitant to put the furniture back in because it is going to cover the carpet. I also had my wood floors done and they are absolutely beautiful. Shiny and so clean. Like brand new. My technician was professional and friendly and very good with up-selling. He did a great job, he answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about carpet and your services. I am so impressed with the service I received. Thank you!
They are devoid of processed chemicals and the cleaner used really gets Into the carpet to clean it well
Service was performed in a timely and professional manner. Cat urine odor greatly reduced and carpet restored to soft texture.

The quality of work performed was perfect. The technician was great. However, for retired folks on limited incomes I can only use your services when absolutely necessary. The trip charge and price is kind of high. Don't want to sound like a squeaky wheel, but most retired people's incomes get smaller with each year and inflation.
The guy who cleaned my apartment carpets was friendly and quick yet throtough. He did an awesome job!

I really like that you don't use chemicals and that there aren't any bad smells or any smells. The carpet was dry in half the time or less than other carpet shampooing.
