John thoroughly explained the carpet cleaning process. He was able to remove the musty smell left behind by the previous carpet cleaner and made our carpets look nice. We also had a concern of the prior home owners pets leaving marks on the carpet. He searched the entire carpet and baseboards for evidence of pet damage, finding 2 old spots that appeared to have been treated with chemicals so no worries our pets would mark over it. John also made the house smell AMAZING!! We are so pleased with service that we will be repeat customers! Thanks John!

We are very pleased with the carpet cleaning done by Zerorez Boise! We have older carpet that had numerous stains and was just very dirty overall. I thought there would be no hope to get it clean. But Zerorez did! 5 rooms cleaned in 2 + hours and all was dry and ready to put furniture back on the next morning! And the price was so reasonable! I wish I had called them sooner. I highly recommend Zerorez!

Initially, when appointment was made, it was too broad a service time range (2 pm - 5 pm). But the appointment setter, after another call to her, did later call and say the technician would be there within the hour, which would make that by 3 pm. He didn't arrive until 3:30 pm.
More flexible on payment arrangements. I didn't want to pay before work was done. The company didn't want to do the work if I wasn't there. But it was s work day for me. I Had to come home and sit in the house until mostly done.
Nick was very polite and informative about the different products and services available from Zerorez. When it came time to do the job he was a hard worker and did a great job!

I love how I know empowered water will protect the longevity of my carpets because it's not leaving any soap residue. It's amazing technology and did a fantastic job! The staff were well spoken, professional, worked hard and communicated clearly with me so that my needs were met and expectations exceeded. I like that the process doesn't leave a smelly residue. The carpet does feel cleaner than after the prior cleaning.
