First impression of Dave was a very pleasant surprise. He was clean and very professional. The last time I had carpets cleaned by someone else this wasn't the case. He was friendly but not too chatty. Now about the carpets....they look great and it didn't take 3 or four days until they were really dry!!

The technician missed a small soada stain that I had pointed out but, very small. When he was done he thought there might be two stains that will come back. He said I could call for a $60-$100 “extraction” -it might be considerate to talk about extraction first and give the customer the option first and possibly avoid a second visit.
Corbett did a great job, took his time, was careful to give extra attention to the high traffic areas that we were most concerned with- we will have you back in 6 months or so, thanks!

The office staff was so nice. Super intelligent and fun. Very easy billing process. Very reasonably priced. Less expensive than I even anticipated. I was surprised at how quickly the carpets dried. I figured I would need to wait at least 12 hours, but they came in the morning and by late afternoon when I came back to the house, they were completely dried. Not damp at all. No weird smell or witness in the air. Very impressive product and employees.
