I really like your service. The only thing I would say is my house doesn't seem to smell as fresh after this cleaning.

I really liked our service tech but I was not as pleased with the person I was on the phone with that called to say that our tech could come early. When I left work early to meet the tech he was not there and after half an hour I called to see where they were. I spoke with the same lady that said that the tech would be there and she said she would call to see where the tech was. She did not return my call and did not answer my call another half hour later. I never heard back from the lady and the tech finally showed up almost 2 hours later then the lady had said when she had called me to see if we wanted an earlier appointment.
At this time my carpet looks great , however lets see in a couple weeks.
They do a great job, call me before the collect my carpets, call to keep me up to date, call me to schedule delivery . Always so nice and reasonable.
Great customer service and deliver on what they advertise.
The two young men who cleaned my carpet were very professional, kind and respectful. I felt comfortable having them in my home. The one young man explained in destabilizing how to keep my carpet last longer. I really appreciated his information.
My carpet smelled and looked like new. I will definitely contact you again in 12 months.

Love that the cleaner is clean, doesn't leave a residue nor an unpleasant odor. Rusty was wonderful...very pleasant and so efficient!
I was very excited to try your company due to all the commercials I heard as well as the reviews I read. My carpets and area rug i had cleaned do not look fresh to me. The technician who came out basically tried to up sale me the entire time. He also left large footprints on my hard wood floors I am not able to get out.
The service tech was awesome. Most complete, nicest, and competent individual we have ever experienced. Explained everything. Perfect results.

Jessie worjed very hard, no complaints. My issue is your advertising and the talk I had with office staff about your no chemicals ability to get stains out. I feel it is misleading and once here, it changed. Suddenly, unless I allowed fir the very things I need to avoid, nothing could be for sure. Different story than radio advertising or discussion over phone. The topical stains went well and it is certainly an I,privement in that sense. The stain he couldn't get out at all on wool rug in sunroom, I got out now with Natures Miracke and wicking procedure. Took some time but it is gone. I paid over $700 that day and still had stains.
Also, thought about doing stain resistant covering but couldn't get information on what it contains. For those of us with allergies, that's a deal breaker.
Just be honest about what you can and can't do without chemicals. It is a hard search to find a trusted situation when you have allergies. The truth always comes out anyway. Don't tell people you can get almost everything with no chemicals and then have to go back on that. Quite expensive for area rugs I thought but if all were clean, I would have been glad to pay it.

My carpets came out better than I thought they would. The technician was fast and efficient. My stone fireplace was cleaned as well and looks amazing!
I was very pleased after the carpet was redone. He spent a lot time with me on how to vacuum properly and he cleaned the family room very thoroughly.
I left you a message last night. I indicated on the phone that I wished for the stairs to be done. I was charged for 10 stairs and only half were done. I do have more than 10, but he only cleaned 7. The first technician that came out to my moms house was absolutely horrible. He tried to upsell her, he was not professional and he left his stuff at the house when we asked them to leave. I did call the scheduling department back and explain what happened and asked them to re-schedule and send a different technician out. The second technician was much better. My mom is elderly and I felt he was trying to take advantage of her and the situation to make more money. It was very disappointing.
VERY quick response time/able to clean my carpet (the NEXT day)! Technician was professional, fast, and did a great job!
