Very professional and carefree. The technician was informative without being excessive. He made sure that I understood what steps were needed next to maximize the cleaning/drying process and shared key steps to help keep my carpets looking great longer.

My carpets were cleaned Saturday night and Monday morning they finally felt somewhat dry.
It took almost 36 hours to dry...when I thought it should take six? I also paid extra for pet treatment and I still can smell the odor as if nothing was applied. I also had spots in front of my back door I took a washcloth to the spot and I had dirt on the washcloth from lightly scrubbing the area. I paid over 240 dollars thinking I was going to get really clean carpet. Very disappointed.

I was amazed that half the time that he was here, he was on his cell phone, call me old-fashioned, but I think that's just rude. He did do a fairly good job of explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. The carpets look and smell good, so I guess overall I am satisfied.

The technician was great. I really appreciated the communication and honest feedback while he was assessing the condition of my carpets. He did a great job. I love that the process with Zerorez is chemical free and therefore safe for my children and pets. Additionally the stain where able to be removed and the carpet now looks great! I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone who needs their carpets done.
