I liked how the technician Adam was very knowledgeable and respectful during the cleaning process. I was very happy with the results of the cleaning as well. My carpets also felt and smelled great without the crusty residue from regular cleaning services.

The carpet had not been cleaned in 5 years. My tenant took good care of it, but still, it had been five years. Your employee took extra care to do his best and I appreciate his efforts.
The estimate on over the phone was MUCH lower that when technician came and quoted.

You visit was less than 20 minutes to clean a room. You didn't move easy to move furniture but charged 76 dollars anyways. No I won't be back
