Still smell urine in the area treated.
Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear that the treatment option you chose wasn't sufficient to take care of the soiling and smell issues that you had because of the urine from you dog. As we discussed, we are trying to be mindful of your budget as well as get the odor out of the carpet, and didn't "go nuclear" on it this time, in the hope that a more minor treatment would be sufficient. As we discussed, we are happy to return to do another treatment, and get that last little bit out.

Sebastian was not on time but early! He was friendly, knowledgeable, offered advice without being a pushy salesman and worked his tail off. He finished my job in about an hour and did an amazing job.
We had hard wood floors replaced and there was sawdust and wood chips literally everywhere in our carpet. Zerorez was able to remove all of it, left the carpets looking and smelling great. We will use them in the future and I’ve already recommended them to coworkers.
There is no residue and your staff is excellent with customer service. The carpets and our couch look like new.

All in all it was a good well done. There was one spot that had a liquid stain that I wished could have been handled better, but it may have had to do with the amount of time the stain was there
