I had all my carpets cleaned and treated yesterday along with a couch and reclining chair. The man that came was very efficient and did a very good job. There is only one carpet cleaning company I have called for 5 years and that is Zeroez because of the job they do on cleaning and the trust I can put in their employees while they are here.

We have four big dogs and five (indoor/outdoor) cats. That's a lot of paws tracking in dirt. I vacuum regularly & clean up vomit & accidents right away. The recently cleaned spots showed how dirty the carpet had gotten. I thought of Zerorez, because they use no chemicals. Dave was great to work with. I live in Weiser and had two other friends who wanted their carpets cleaned also. He reduced the travel charge because they would be in the area. My friends and I were able to split the travel cost. John, the cleaning tech, was very pleasant & super nice. He was able to explain & answer all questions. He showed me a picture of my carpet when he was 1/2 way through. It was a little embarrassing, but boy could you tell a big difference! I am very happy & next year more of my friends want them to do theirs when they come over. I know I can make a day of it for them.

I appreciated that the tech took the time to show me problem areas of my floor and how to stop the damage to the carpet. (Old owners had an office chair with no pad. He was very efficient and professional. He also offered a consoling pat to my dog who is not a fan of “vaccuums” I’m very glad my friend referred me to zerorez and I will also refer and use zerorez in the future. Thank you!

You are all about the customer. Courteous service, the technician wore booties, placed corner guards around wood services as he vacuumed and explained step-by-step what he was doing. And he was thorough.

I paid to have my family room carpet cleaned. It looks pretty good except for the area behind the chairs where the tech did not clean it. It's not an area 'behind' where you would have to move furniture out. There is a walk area behind our furniture. I could tell it wasn't cleaned because I picked up a couple things off the carpet that would not have been there had it been cleaned. Also, there is a small area from our family room into our master bedroom that doesn't look like it was cleaned. Since the tech cleaned our master bedroom I would have expected him to clean that small area of carpet.

Overall the experience with zerorez was great! There was some miscommunication regarding the price of the biotreatment, I was under the impression it was $185 total for the treatment and the cleaning, so was a little taken back when my total was $299. One of the rooms still doesn’t seem to be very clean, so I’m curious to know what the warranty includes. Overall the technician was friendly, on time, and quick.

I would highly recommend Zerorez and would definitely use them again. The gentleman that came was very professional. I him walked through the areas to be cleaned and I informed him of our trouble areas. He listened and did a tremendous job doing extra on those areas. We had a pretty bad spot where our dog pee’d many many times. The area stunk and was so very dirty. He worked that area very well and now you can’t even tell or smell the urine.
Our carpet was incredibly dirty and stunk but after the service I was highly impressed with how clean our carpets looked. Our home now just feels so much cleaner and fresher.

Everything looks and feels very clean!

My initial encounter was mediocre but I was just going to drop it. Zerorez contacted me afterwards to see how it went and wanted me to be 100% happy. The manager came out to re-do the work and he went above and beyond. My carpet looks great now and he gave me a credit towards future service for my trouble. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time! I will give them another shot next time as I believe the first run was not typical and they really care about their customers.
