The technician Alex worked quickly and professionally. My carpet dried quickly, and looks brand new even though its 8 years old. Thank you!
Jared was extremely professional and the carpets came out way better than I thought they might after a couple years of kids and animals.
Josh and team were prompt, survived the area fully and gave me realistic options.
They kept me informed of progress and told me to call them with any problems. They were in and out without too much noise or mess.
The technician was extremely professional and the cleaning itself was fantastic.
Alex and Mercedes were very friendly and professional. Alex did an excellent job of explaining the process and my options, as well as sharing cleaning/vacuuming tips and an impressive knowledge of carpet and vinyl plank flooring.
The only drawback was it did take at least 12 hours for the carpet to dry out fully.
The gentleman was very knowledgeable and explained how the product worked. He as was quick and very diligent about the job.

Clean carpets
We were very happy with our carpet. With 3 kids and two dogs it's hard to keep light carpet clean. Also, when we had a puke fest zerorez was able to do our carpet and my sons mattress. When we had a bloody accident involving my accident prone son and the bed frame, they were able to get the blood out of our carpet that was like rain and 5 feet down the hallway. We use their pet spray and water too!
Your products and services did an unbelievable job on our carpet. We did not have much confidence that it would work, however we were pleasantly surprised our carpet looks great, like new again. We chose to give it a try in our high traffic family room and stairs, we are now thinking about having the rest of the house done. Customer service was also outstanding. We recommend Zerorez.
Overall the cleaning was good. I see a couple of places where it looks like something has pulled up from under the pad

I like the no chemicals and no odor, as such.
The service technicians did a great job, but unfortunately, the carpet did not come clean in the high traffic areas, primarily the bedrooms. Also, about 2 days after the cleaning, the dog odors came back strong. I am not sold on the "empowered water" idea.
Thank you for letting us know about your concern. Unfortunately, as we discussed, carpet is 95% of the time made of plastic, and as such, can be easily damaged. Regular vacuuming and maintenance is required to help fibers looking their best. Urine can also cause severe damage, that even the strongest of chemicals can't get out. As we discussed with you, we are happy to come out and re-service your areas of concern, at no additional charge. It will be necessary though to complete the recommended treatments for the urine, for us to have the best shot at removing the urine odor from the carpet. Thank you!

My first experience with ZeroRez was awesome. However, this time our technician was very pushy on selling more services, took way more time than the first technician, and didn't seem to listen to us. The carpets look great and I loved the first technician we had a few months ago. He definitely gets a ten and I'll call you again because of that but if I had another experience like the one I had this for around, I would think twice about using ZeroRez again.

I got a $45 off card today, just one day after my carpets were cleaned. Can I get a credit? There were a few problem spots that didn't quite get removed, but it looks much better than it was.
